Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ian Lundberg ("Notifly," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Notifly • Bricks messaging feed (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide: your mobile phone number and the alert preferences or keywords you subscribe to.
- Consent records: the date, time, and method of your opt-in and any opt-out.
- Message activity: metadata about messages we send and your interactions (e.g., delivery status and replies such as STOP or HELP), and whether your device supports RCS.
- Website data: if you visit our website, standard log information such as IP address and browser type may be collected by our hosting provider.
We do not collect payment card information through the Service, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Information
- to deliver the RCS/SMS alerts you requested;
- to manage your subscription, opt-in, and opt-out requests;
- to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- to respond to your questions and provide support; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Mobile Messaging & Opt-In Data
When you opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated RCS messages (with SMS fallback) from Notifly • Bricks. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
4. How We Share Information
- Service providers: with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as our messaging platform (for example, Twilio) and the RCS infrastructure operated by Google, solely to deliver and support the Service.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you remain subscribed and as needed to provide the Service. After you opt out, we may keep a minimal record of your number and opt-out as needed to honor your request, maintain proof of consent, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Opt out of messages: reply STOP to any message at any time.
- Access and deletion: request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing lettersfromian@gmail.com.
- Regional rights: depending on where you live (for example, California or the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, which we will honor as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
Our messages and website may link to third-party retailers or sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
